Photo Festival in La Gacilly

From June 3rd to September 30th, La Gacilly turns into a magnificent flowery setting highlighting the largest outdoor photo festival in France. Its gardens, its narrow streets, its labyrinth of vegetation, its walls welcome more than 900 photographs. This year, the invited country is Africa and the theme is the relationship between man and animal.

Exhibition The Gesture of the Kings Pendragon at the Castle of Comper

Pendragon! The name of King Uther and his son Arthur alone evokes the sights and prowess of the Knights of the Round Table from Tintagel to Salesbières. A new course of 6 scenographies tells you the most beautiful legend.

Its castle and park, remodeled in the 19th century, are the perfect place to discover friends and family. After a walk around the ponds and a visit to the exhibitions. Visitors can continue their day by exploring the sculpture park.

Music Festival

On Saturday, June 17, Ploërmel’s Place d’Armes will be invested by Ploërmel’s Bagad, Mojo Swing Quartet and Poptime. Animations, strolls and concerts will animate the city center.

On Sunday, June 18th, many local groups will animate the streets of the medieval city of Josselin from 4 pm to 9 pm.

On Friday, June 23rd, the small town of character, Malestroit, welcomes fifteen groups for an electric and friendly evenings from 7pm until 1am.

The Lake Piano at Comper Castle in Concoret

Saturday 24th June: The Piano du Lac offers the public a moment of encounter and poetry on the water, source of visual and sensorial emotion. Double bass, piano, trumpet and voice will accompany you at dusk.

The Fridays of the Canal in Malestroit

Throughout the summer, from June 30 to August 25, enjoy the Fridays of the Canal to listen every Friday a different concert and free! In the central square of Malestroit, concerts in various styles start at 9:30 pm.
